Reserved Seating According to Date of Order

HELPFUL HINTS FOR ORDER PROCESSING:
(a) If you wish to sit with another couple, please place your orders together in the same envelope
(b) Carefully check your mailing label for any errors and notify us so that we can correct our computer listing for you.
(c) Seating is by date of receipt of your order.

ORDERING TICKETS BY MAIL:
Indicate the performance dates desired and seating preference. Enclose your check and (if you wish the tickets mailed) a stamped self-addressed envelope.
Orders by mail only until June 1st; then you may order by either phone, mail, or by visiting our office.

MAIL ORDERS:
Tickets may be ordered by mail prior to June 1st; send to 1533 S Hiland Dr, Frankfort, IN 46041-6825
Tickets will be held at the Box Office unless a STAMPED, RETURN ADDRESSED ENVELOPE is enclosed. Due to postal regulations if you have ordered more than 8-10 tickets, we will hold the rest in your name at the Box Office at Will Call (or you can enclose two SASE's).

PHONE ORDERS & BOX OFFICE HOURS:
The Box Office will be open 7 days a week from 5-10 p.m. beginning WEDNESDAY, JUNE 1st, and NO PHONE ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN UNTIL THAT TIME.

CHILDREN:
In behalf of your evening, the theatre has established a policy of not admitting children under 3. Older children are encourage to attend any show that might be suited to their enjoyment levels.

RATINGS:
If you have any questions about the suitability of any play for a particular audience or age group, or any other aspect of a production, you may call the box office.

If not, please send your name, address, city, state and Zip code. You will receive all future announcements and brochures.

REMINDERS
  • Unpaid reservations must be picked up 15 minutes prior to curtain time.
  • Tickets for exchange or return must be presented at the Box Office 24 hours prior to curtain time. No returns reimbursed at curtain time.
  • Season tickets are nonrefundable but are always transferable to another night if prearranged to do so.
  • One free ticket exchange; any additional exchanges are $3.00 per ticket.
  • Patrons and season ticket holders get preferential positioning on all waiting lists for tickets.
  • Starting on June 19, our Box Office hours will begin at 12:00 noon on SUNDAYS ONLY so that you may confirm 2 p.m. Sunday tickets with greater ease.
  • Our answering service is always on to give you show information or to take your message. Just dial (765) 659-1657.
  • Make your large group reservations SOON so that we may accommodate your entire group.
  • Services for Special Needs Patrons: Infrared Assisted Listening devices, Wheelchair/Walker via North Ramp
