Summer Kick-Off

We will throw open the barn doors for our fifth annual Summer Kick-Off on Sunday, May 31st, generously sponsored by The Farmers Bank and The Design Hub.
Starting at 4 pm, the Box Office and theatre will open to anyone who may have questions, want to check out seat locations, or wish to purchase tickets. Artistic Director Michael Taylor will lead tours backstage, and members of our company will be available to meet and greet the public.
Our Barntenders will open the Cellar for beer, wine, and merchandise sales, Bruno's Food Truck and Carmelot will sell their delicious treats, and talented artists, Troy Chester & T.J. Randolph, from 4:00 to 5:00 PM, and Jess & the Average Joes, from 5:00 to 7:00 PM, will perform on the Heather's Flowers stage. In the case of rain, we will move the festivities inside the Barn.

The Farmers Bank & The Design Hub will host a raffle for a Red Barn Gift Basket. Be sure to swing by the Box Office to redeem your entry; the winner will be selected at 6:45 p.m., just before the conclusion of the Jess & the Average Joes set! Who doesn't love free merch?

Frankfort natives Troy Chester (banjo, guitar) and TJ Randolph (guitar, drums) play a wide array of music — from bluegrass to blues to jazz ballads to rock and roll. We look forward to featuring these talented musicians from Frankfort!
Jess & the Average Joes

Jess & the Average Joes are an acoustic quartet bringing together musicians from Noblesville, Cicero, Kokomo, and Arcadia. Blending the rich traditions of Americana, their sound draws from folk, country, blues, and roots-rock, creating a style that feels both timeless and fresh!
Kick the summer off right by partaking in a beautiful Sunday afternoon on the Red Barn grounds: enjoy a delicious taste of our new wine collection and relax on the lawn with friends, family, and arts lovers from all over. We can't wait to see you there!
We would especially like to invite anyone who’s never quite managed to make it out to the Red Barn but would like to learn more about it. So, whether you’ve never visited or have been attending for years, please mark Sunday, May 31st, on your calendar and come spend a (hopefully) warm, rain-free summer afternoon on the beautiful grounds of the Red Barn Summer Theatre.
